Since 2021 we had 2 PCN First Contact Physiotherapists working for the practice. Their role is to see patient’s with acute musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, neck pain, knee pain etc as soon as possible in order to help manage and treat the symptoms, without the need to see a GP. They currently work across the PCN sites, including The Parks Medical Centre, so if you are offered an appointment with them rather than a GP this is because they are the best healthcare professional to manage your symptoms.
